In June, my wife mentioned to me that her Luxe had lost time. After blundering around a bit, I noticed that it hadn't synced for some weeks. After some unsuccessful attempts at manually syncing her Luxe, I eventually succeeded (but I didn't record what I did and no longer remember).
Today, she told me that it again isn't keeping accurate time. I saw that the last time it synced was June 25. It took a few tries, but I succeeded in syncing the Luxe manually. Nevertheless, it's already fallen a few seconds behind the time shown on her phone (a Google Pixel 5).
Are the syncing and time-keeping problems related? Regardless, what can I do so that her Luxe syncs as it should and keeps accurate time? (For whatever it's worth, my Charge 5 hasn't had these problems.)

Hi there, @RebDovid. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for troubleshooting the issue with your wife's Luxe before reaching out.
Please keep in mind that A Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from the user's Fitbit account. The Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure the Fitbit device has recently synced or is still paired to the Fitbit account, go to your wife's Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > her profile picture > her device image.
If by any chance she's running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? or if she needs to relink the Fitbit Luxe, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Also, note that the time on the Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If she changed time zones and the time on the Luxe is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
If none of the above works for your, I recommend changing the time zone to a complete different one, sync the device, put the correct time and sync again.
Last but not least, make sure that her Google Pixel 5 meets the requirements listed here.
Hope this helps.
