All of a sudden my Luxe won't pair with my phone anymore and no matter what I do, it starts in January and stays there so date and time are wrong always. I have un-installed the app numerous times but no matter what I do the watch won't pair.Help please

Hi there, @Geri66. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is still not pairing to your phone. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
In addition to the steps you've done so far, I'd recommend trying the following in the order listed even if some of them you've tried already:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Luxe first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
