Luxe paired great for a few weeks then just stopped. I've tried every fix, force stop, reloading app, turning blue tooth off and on. This is beyond frustrating. It isn't stylish enough to wear as simply a watch which is what it's become.
(I've also never been able to get a stair count - which is important to me since my workout includes a lot of altitude).
I'm so disappointed with the Luxe.

Hi @Barbij your Luxe does not have the ability to measure stairs, which may be why you can't see any.
Is your Luxe still connected to your fitbit account?
What phone are you asking for help with?
Have you also tried clearing the Fitbit app cache?
Through the phone settings, stopped the fitbit app?
Powered off the phone?
Then turned on phone?
You will not be able to pair the Luxe to the phone, this is a job for the fitbit app.
