My Luxe will not sync, so I tried to troubleshoot by quitting the app, turning Bluetooth off/on, restarting Fitbit, etc. It still would not sync so I removed it from the app, removed it from Bluetooth, restarted it and then tried to connect it again. The app asks for the 4 digit code and my Fitbit displays a 4 digit code, but when I enter it in the app it gives me a “code not valid” message. How do I resolve this?
Update:
RESOLVED
I was finally able to connect and sync my Fitbit after uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app on my iPhone.
