Luxe won't pair to my phone

Hi,

When connecting my fitbit to my phone and after entering the code that appears on my fitbit luxe on my phone, the app gets stuck on the "connecting to fitbit" page. I tried reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, restarting my fitbit. I downloaded the fitbit connect on my mac but can't seem to find the luxe among the options in order to sync it.

Please advise.

Thank you,

Hi there, @zarasal. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here. For troubleshooting steps, see Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Regarding your inquiry about using a Mac, please note that you need a compatible Android phone, iPhone, or iPad to set up new Fitbit devices. You can’t set up or sync with Windows 10 devices.
