Luxe won't pair with my Fitbit app anymore

Was not able to sync for 5 days even after following the many suggestions. The next step was to uninstall and reinstall. Did that 1.11.23 and now I can't do the pairing and linking step. Urgh!!!!!

Hi there, @dextersmommy200. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is still not syncing nor pairing despite the steps you tried before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling, I will be glad to continue assisting you with this! 

In addition to the steps you've done so far, I suggest attempting the following in the order listed:

  • Unpair your Fitbit device from your phone's Bluetooth and Fitbit app.
  • Unpair other Bluetooth devices that you may also have paired to your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Fitbit device.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Fitbit device.
  • Once your Fitbit device is paired and syncing, please proceed to set up your other Bluetooth devices to your phone again. 


With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Luxe first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

I have followed the steps recommend but have not been able to pair. I do
however feel one step closer because now "Luxe" appears as an Available
Device in my Bluetooth list. Previously Luxe did not appear in the
Bluetooth available list.

Today I have taken an additional step of resetting my phones network
settings. As a result Luxe consistently appears in my Bluetooth list.

It's now been 39 days since I have been able to sync and my Luxe. My Luxe
watch no longer displays the right time... which is a primary function of a
watch.

I will entertain another suggestion.

I have exactly the same problem. My watch is showing the incorrect time, 1 hour behind. Great help for a watch. I have tried every step that is described to change the time but no luck.

Same issue with my Luxe, I just did the update last week.  It has worked great until I took it off this morning and put it on the charger.  Once removed from the charger the time was 5 hours off, it was syncing my steps but the warch would not update.  I tried forcing a sync and nothing.  I have tried uninstalling and now Luxe does not show up in my bluetooth list.  Any other suggestions???

Hi, did a set back to default on my watch. And uninstalled the app.
And then basically started from scratch. That did the job. It's now showing the correct time. And it found my Luxe on bluetooth. Paired it and it is also syncing again.

I’ve been having to do this daily since the update. It is incredibly frustrating.  I have to restart my Luxe over and over again to get my phone to “see” it and reconnect.  Goodness.  I just used ten minutes of my evening reconnecting my Luxe to my phone.  It did update the data but I have much better things to do with my time. I just want the device to work as advertised.
