After charging my Luxe overnight it has reset itself back to midnight and 1st January. Now it is the wrong time and date and is not pairing with any device. I have tried all the usual things like switching off, restarting etc. Nothing is working, even when installing the app on another device. Neither device can Bluetooth pair with my luxe.

Hi there, @cluckc. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is still not pairing nor syncing. I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Luxe first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
