Luxe is suddently not pairing with my phone after a year. Here is what happened:
- Misplaced Luxe and the battery was drained when I found it
- Recharged Luxe and tried to sync
- The FB app stated the device had synced, but it had not
- The date and time were wrong on the Luxe.
- I tried every troubleshooting tip that I could find, including
- Resetting the Luxe
- Turning bluetooth off and then back on
- Telling Bluetooth on phone to forget this device
- Hard reboot of phone and finally
- Factory reset of Luxe.
- Now the device will not pair with the phone. I have repeated all the steps above, except for the factory reset.
- I have had the same phone and the same Luxe for over a year, and have never had any problem
What now?
