I have the same issue as carrolleecooper. New phone, reinstalled app, restarted everything and I still can't get my luxe to sync. I am getting a Low energy report when I try to connect via bluetooth. Watch is fully charged. I went through the entire list of troubleshooting steps so I am at a loss. Appreciate any suggestions. thnx

I'm having all the same issues as you. I have a newer phone and have tried all the suggested trouble shooting steps. My phone and Lux still will not sync. Very frustrating 😕

I have the same problem. The phone is showing that a luxe is available to blue tooth, but it wont pair. Was fine until a few hours ago. I ve done all the steps suggested. I had the same problem late October but it was fixed when some update was made.

None of the troubleshooting steps I've found in the various threads helped in my case (for my wife's Luxe). What did work was factory resetting ("clear data" on) the Luxe itself. Can't be done from the app of course with sync not working. Instructions here: https://www.androidauthority.com/how-to-factory-reset-fitbit-1092426/#charge5luxe. I used a 3rd party link because I could only find the reset instructions via linked app on fitbit.com.
Apparently, data on the Luxe itself was sufficiently corrupted that it prevented bluetooth sync. After reset, normal pairing procedure works, though I had to enter pairing code twice and ignore an error claiming pairing failed even though it didn't.
I can't update most other threads on this board because they are frozen.

Tried everything to pair and sync my fitbit. It was updating my steps but the time was wrong. Finally had to do a factory reset on my watch. Swipe down, settings, device info, clear user data, hold button for 3 seconds. Then set up your fitbit. This will wipe out any unsynced data.
