Greetings,

My Luxe will not pair with my new (or back with my old) android phone.  Here's a list of all the things I have tried:

-unpaired from old phone

-signed out of app on old phone

- logged out and back in on app on new phone

-uninstalled and reinstalled fitbit app on new phone

-turned new phone on and off

-reset luxe with charging cord

-reset luxe via settings on the device

-tried to sync via the fitbit app and settings on my phone

-tried all of the above on my old phone to get it synced back, no luck

My Bluetooth, on both the new and old phones does not even show the Luxe when scanning Bluetooth.

What am I missing?!?!

Hi, @Litb77, you should sync your Luxe with your Fitbit app & then factory reset the Luxe - This Video demonstrates Having loaded the the Fitbit app into your "new" phone complete the pairing process - This video demonstrates.

I hope this helps, let us know how you get on by posting here again.
