Luxe won't properly sync to my iPhone

I'm having this recurring issue with a Fitbit Luxe. The time is usually four to five minutes off. When I go to sync it, it gets stuck at around 37%. Then, I force close the app on my iPhone, try to sync again, but it still gets stuck. When that doesn't work, I force close everything, restart my phone, then disconnect the device from Bluetooth, and try to sync once more. Usually it gets stuck at about 40%, but sometimes it actually finishes and updates correctly. Then a day or two later it is right back to being four or five minutes off. I'm running out of ideas of what to try since this is such a recurring nuisance, and am looking for help. Thanks.
