Hi,
I use a Luxe and an Android Phone (Galaxy S22).
I do receive EVERY notification on my Luxe but no Whatsapp messages.
Phone calls, SMS, etc. are working, my Luxe vibrates. But every time I look on my phone, I received WA messages but my Luxe didn't show or vibrate.
I also tried to find a solution in YouTube videos, but the they only show how to set notifications on an older version.
Help! ?
Thank you!

Hi there, @Franca1979. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out.
While reading your post I was wondering if your Luxe is fairly new? Did you set it up today or so? If this describes your issue, please note you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.
