Luxe won't receive call notifications

The Calls notification won't stay toggled on.  I have the Luxe.  The Text Messages and Calendar Events button stay toggled on.  I have done all the troubleshooting I have seen and it still won't stay toggled on.  Any ideas?  Thanks!
