I don't get notifications with my Luxe. I did with my alta. Maybe because I changed phones?

Hi there, @mlrfit. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Luxe is not receiving notifications after upgrading your phone. I will do my best to help you with this.
As a first approach, I'd suggest making sure that your Luxe is no longer connected to your old mobile device as this might be preventing your Fitbit device to receive notifications from your new phone.
With that being said, please follow the steps below in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Luxe first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
In addition, please make sure that your Luxe is up-to-date. For more information, see How do I update my Fitbit device?

I don’t know if the cause might be the same, but almost every time my Luxe has an update, notifications stop showing and vibrating on it. The solution is simple - i jyst swipe down on the watch face till it gets to DND (do not disturb), which will have turned to ‘on’ and click on ‘off’. Notifications restored!
