Luxe won't receive texts or WhatsApp notifications

New Luxe and all set up ok. I can receive call and Snapchat notifications but not texts or WhatsApp messages. I’ve checked all settings including Bluetooth, DND etc. but still nothing. I’ve tried removing the device from the app then re syncing. I’m now wondering if it’s a fault or am I missing something?!

Hi there, @Hardlo74. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for already checking the settings on your phone and Fitbit app.

Since you're setting up notifications, you'll need to receive a message from the app desired in order for your app to show it as option in your Fitbit notification's section. For example, tell someone to send a WhatsApp, then check your Fitbit app and you'll see that WhatsApp is already an option to be selected.

Thankyou for your reply. I have received many texts and WhatsApp messages to my phone but still receive no notifications to the device. It is showing in the Fitbit notification section too. I’m at a loss of what’s going wrong.

I wax getting texts & calls just fine, then one day last week it just stopped. Can't figure out why. It's really annoying
