Luxe won't reset my steps at midnight

As the title suggests, my steps are not resetting at midnight. This is day three of the problem. I have restarted my Luxe 3 times, and nothing has changed.

Hi there, @Steelers0627. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Please try the following steps:

  • Sync your Luxe to make sure all data is synced and saved. 
  • Remove the Luxe from your phone's Bluetooth settings and in the Fitbit app.
  • Restart your Luxe once again.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Luxe as new device.

Keep monitoring your Fitbit device's behavior and let me know it the issue persists.
