Luxe won't respond to anything

I've put my Fitbit on charge but now it isn't responding either plugged in or not. It seems like it just died. Any ideas?

Hi there, @Amanda006. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Luxe is not responding whatsoever. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If you continue having issues after the steps they provided, please feel free to contact our team back as they advised you to do so if the issue persisted. Since you already have a ticket open with them it'd be easier to continue the follow up on this matter with them directly.
