I haven’t used my fitbit luxe in over a year, but while i was not useing it i did keep it in a drawer that was clean and dry. I charged for 30 minutes, tried the restart charger method multiple times. Yet it only flashes the fitbit logo, and occasionally a red X on screen. It will not pair with my phone, and i’ve deleted the app and logged back in, and i restart my phone. Could it be possible my charger is just broken? The green flash on the sensor of the watch does not appear, and i’ve cleaned the charger and sensors.

Hi there, @saige42c. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not responding. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
Also keep in mind that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Luxe on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.

Hi, @saige42c welcome to the community, may I suggest you review this article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? - Fitbit Help Center and the links in it. In my experience, you may need to leave your Luxe on charge for at least 60 minutes. Check you are plugged into a "Live" USB socket by charging another device, after cleaning the device & cable puck make sure the two little pins are free (they are spring loaded) and equally proud of the puck surface. You may need to wiggle it to get a reliable connection. Let us know how you get on by posting here again.
Cheers
