Luxe won't respond when it's connected to the charger

Nothing happens when the charging cable is connected to my Luxe.  Barely one year old.

Hi there, @SuzyCl. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. 

As a first approach, please restart your Luxe by following these steps. After the above, please try recharging your Fitbit device. 

If your Luxe is still not charging, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Just happened to me too.  Call customer service and let them know.  If you are under warranty, which I believe is one year, they might send you a replacement.  They are for me.  Good luck
