Luxe won't respond

Yesterday my luxe stopped responding to taps, and lights on the back were not working. I assumed the battery had died on me, but had to wait until today to charge it.

Today I was able to charge it for just half an hour when I connected it to the charger the Fitbit logo appeared, so I left it to charge. When I picked it up to put back on it said 10% charged. It died within an hour.

I put the Fitbit to charge again (much later) and it’s completely non-responsive.

The last sync according to my phone was yesterday at 2pm, when it had 78% battery. I’ve tried restarting via the usb cable button (3 times) but it’s still unresponsive
