Luxe won't show exercise heart rate info like fat burn, cardio and peak.

Not sure why this info won't show up anymore it just basically shows 5mins or some days it will show 0 mins.  It was fine over a week ago.  Was there an update that maybe broke this feature?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Luxe. Thank you for the information provided.

 

If your Tracker is not alerting you when you enter a heart-rate zone please check if the zone notifications are turned off. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "Can I turn zone notifications on or off on my Fitbit device?"

 

In the same article shared above you can find information about how you earn Active Zone Minutes in the menu "How do I earn Active Zone Minutes?".

 

Whether you continue having difficulties, please restart your Luxe by following these instructions.
