Luxe won't show hourly step reminder

For a while when I first got my luxe, I would get notifications every hour reminding me to move, like normal. But for the past few months, I get nothing. I've tried to turn off the hourly step notifications and turn them on again, but it doesn't work.

How do you turn on the step notifications ? I  can find it

For me, i scroll down the homepage until i see the hourly activity section. When i click it, there is a cog looking thing in the corner. Click that, and turn on reminder to move. Hope this helped!
