brand new fitbit luxe (2 November) is not displaying heart rate nor active zone minutes.  Have re-booted etc without success.

I have worn a fitbit luxe now for about 4 years.  When I changed devices a couple of years ago, my settings automatically transferred to the new device.  This does not seem to be happening here.

Within Settings, there is a place to turn Heart Rate On or Off,  I wouldn't think it would be Off by default but that might be it.  That would prevent any Active Zone Minutes.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
