Hi, @Sue1231, welcome, in addition to @MarreFitbit advice check you have not inadvertently disabled HR in your "Luxe" settings. On your device from the clock screen swipe down to settings>swipe up HR & check the toggle switch is in the "on" position. If you are not able to see the HR on the device screen, depending on the clock face you are using, you can tap the screen & cycle through HR-day/date-steps-HR.
