Luxe won't show my sleep data on the device itself

I go to sleep and the tracker is picking up my sleep no problem. when I wake up in the morning and sync the app it shows my sleep data in the app. but the tracker itself does not show my sleep data or score.

I am also having the same problem, it just started right after the last update. I paid for premium service and I expect it to work! I haven't even owned my fit bit luxe 6 months and already having problems. Needless to say, I'm not happy!!
