Luxe won't show my sleep data on the device itself

I go to sleep and the tracker is picking up my sleep no problem. when I wake up in the morning and sync the app it shows my sleep data in the app. but the tracker itself does not show my sleep data or score.

My sleep is recording nothing ,not on the device or after syncing on the app . Happening for 2 day's now

My device never has shown the sleep info, I’ve always just checked it on my phone app. Not a big deal to me.

My Luxe never has shown the sleep info. It’s just as easy to check it in the a.m. on my phone app when I sync.  The Luxe is the first device to even offer the sleep info on the device, so it’s not a big deal to me.

Mine doesn’t show my sleep score on the device or the app. It did for the first year but not since the latest update.

The latest update did mess up the sync. It sometimes took 8 hrs or more to show up on the app. For whatever reason, mine seems to be working just fine this past week or so (on the app).  Idk if it makes any difference, but I do not have premium service.

New to this forum to search thoughts on 2 topics, 1 of them being this. No sleep score showing. Has this been rectified yet? It's just annoying. 

Tried a reset but not helped.

Mine is working again , in app and on device . There is nothing that I did
,it just BAM ...was working again

Idk if the glitch is fixed on the app - but several are reporting their sleep scores are showing up on their app.  On the device itself, mine just showed up for the first time ever 😁

same thing happens w/ my menstrual health. Always shows "1 until", been that wat for 2 months now. some times my sleep score is there - sometimes it's not. I give up!!

even after all this time, my device is still having the same issue.

nothing has changed for me since I made the initial post.

I genuinely hope there is an update coming that will fix this widespread issue.

If possible @MarreFitbit , Can you give us an update if Fitbit is actually looking into this and if they plan to fix this frustrating issue? It's been about 3 months and the steps you've provided have done nothing to fix the problem with the sleep or menstrual syncing issues. I would greatly appreciate it 🙏🏻

Mine is working although I hardly ever remember to check it on the Luxe 😂. I just use the phone app.

Its easier to check on app . Often very slow to snyc . Fitbit just in
general very frustrating the last few years .

Agreed. I’ve had 3 other models and none have lasted more than 2 yrs give or take (just past the warranty date 😂). Even now the battery on my Luxe seems to be going ie I have to charge more frequently. On the other models, the back light disappeared and you couldn’t read the numbers. I’m thinking when this does go, I’ll be changing companies.

I have had my Luxe and premium subscription for several years. Despite working with support and re-setting multiple times, I cannot get sleep data to record correctly - sometimes only for two hours despite being in bed and sleep for almost 8 hours. This started happening near the end of March 2024. I only use the Luxe for sleep and steps. The premium subscription might need to be cancelled as I only have a step counter now.
