My fitbit app shows the sleep data while the luxe device does not. Tried restarting the device and re-installing the app. But still, the device doesn't show sleep data.

Hi there, @FreddyFredd. Welcome on board.
Did you recently bought the Fitbit Luxe? If so, please note that sleep stages are based on heart rate data. If you just got the Fitbit Luxe, give the heart rate a few days to settle down. It does some calculations, looking at heart rate throughout the day and while you are sleeping, so it might just not have enough data to give a reasonable value yet.

It's the same problem that affects Charge 3, Charge 4, Inspire 2 and Ace 3. For some unknown reasons some users have this problems and some others don't, regardless the platform (Android / iOS).
For example in my family (all Google Pixel users) we had the same problem for Charge 3/4, Inspire 2 and Ace 3 (I tried to pair the trackers to different phones and accounts) but recently we got a Luxe and it works as it should.
Fitbit is saying since 2 years they are working on this. The fact that the tiles to be displayed are not even customizable make the problem worse (if at least we could hide those useless tiles...)
