Luxe won't show my sleep score even after syncing

99% of the time, my Luxe does not show Sleep Score even after syncing, restarting multiple times every morning and night.  Sometimes even after turning Bluetooth on and off and restarting my iPhone, it still does not show.  It worked “automatically” the first day or so (two months ago when it was new) but now rarely shows up on the device.  The info is in the App.  Everything else shows on the Luxe but not this.  The Sp02 usually lags in showing up but does usually show up within a few minutes.  I am spending way too much time restarting everything without success.  Please advise.
