Luxe won't show my sleep score

Hi! Every morning I synch my app to my luxe. I can always see my sleep score and data on my app but it never shows up on my watch. All other features such as steps, heart rate, sp02 and exercise show up on luxe and in app but sleep score and data only in app. Can you let me know how to see it on my luxe as well?

Hi there, @KimMC99. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Luxe.

Please keep in mind that your sleep data might take a couple of minutes to show up on your Luxe. I'd recommend sync your Luxe twice in a row just right after waking up.

If after syncing twice in a row, you keep having the same inconvenience, I'd recommend restarting your Luxe as suggested here.
