Luxe won't show my steps

I have lost my steps Howdoi restore this function

Hi there, @Janicen1. Welcome to the Community Forums. 

 

To better assist you, would you mind clarifying if the steps are missing on your Fitbit Luxe or the Fitbit app? Are they not showing up at all or you suddenly lost the steps already tracked on your Luxe? 

 

If the step tile is not showing up on the Fitbit app, please follow the steps below:

 

  1. On the Today tab >  tap Edit.
  2. To add a stat tile, swipe down and find the stat you want to add > tap Add. To hide a stat tile, tap the X icon on the stat you want to remove.
  3. Tap Done.

I don’t have the step option under edit anymore, now it only shows calories

@Jodandlun Welcome to the Community Forums! 

It seems like your Luxe is not connected to your Fitbit account anymore. Please follow the steps provided here How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Once your Fitbit device is connected, you should be able to see your step tile.
