Luxe won't show the caller ID

When someone calls on my phone,  they stand as unknown om my watch,  and I can't resive messages on my watch.  What do i do? I have givd the fitbit acsess to my mobile contacts.

Hi there, @Maya92. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe.

Since you've already checked all the notifications settings are correct, I'd like you to please confirm if you have enabled the Fitbit app permissions under Settings of your Android device. If you've done that, please try going to the phone Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions and toggle off "Contacts", then restart your phone and toggle "Contacts" back on. As for the messages not coming through, please see Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Also, check that your Fitbit app is up-to-date. For more information, see What's changed in the latest release of the Fitbit app? To download the latest app version, please visit the Google Play Store here.
