Hello,
My Luxe is not showing the correct time, it is off by 6 hours and 10 minutes. We recently traveled to Europe and my Luxe adjusted its time after synching with my phone. I have synched twice and still not matching up in time. (We have been back 1 week.)
Thoughts?

Hi there, @Pumpkin1124. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Luxe is still not showing the correct time despite syncing it twice. I'll do my best to help you with this!
As you may know, the time will be wrong if your Fitbit device doesn't sync as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure that your Luxe has indeed synced properly, would you mind verifying your device last synced? To do so, please tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices. If you find out it hasn't synced, try restarting it by following these steps and sync it again.

If none of the above works for your, I recommend changing your time zone to a complete different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

Hi there happens to me too and I find restarting phone and fitbit usually works
