My Luxe has the incorrect time and date (Jan 1) all of a sudden today. I have unpaired, repaired, restarted, uninstalled app, re-installed app to no avail. checked for software updates on phone and Luxe app.
I am using an Android Samsung 10 phone and it has worked perfectly till today.
Please help.

Hi there, @afarrell52. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not syncing nor showing the correct time and date. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that the time will be wrong if your Luxe hasn't synced recently as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. Since you're running into syncing issues, I'd recommend taking a look at this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Fitbit device is syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Thank you for your quick response. I have done everything again. My Luxe is
syncing with my phone but only my steps, heart rate, energy burned but
unfortunately the time and date is still Jan 2 and time is way off.
Any further thoughts?

I experienced the same issue. Like you, I tried everything here... https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1866.htm?Highlight=sync
Here's what worked FINALLY after trying all 11 steps for a cumulative 4 hours. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S20+ but I think your app will look the same being android...
If your Luxe is paired, but not syncing, connect it to the ORIGINAL charging cable. Tap the devices icon which is in the upper left corner where it shoes the battery %.
Near the bottom on the devices screen, tap add device. Find Luxe in the list of devices and tap it. You'll be asked if you want to replace the current device. Say yes. The setup process will begin... give it some time. A 4-digit code will appear on your Luxe to enter into the app. After entering it, follow the prompts and you should be good to go. I didn't lose any data, only the watch face I'd customized which was an easy fix. I'm not guaranteeing this will work for you, but I was at my wits end and didn't care if I had lost data. It'd already been 24 hours since it stopped syncing so I was willing to try anything regardless of the outcome. I hope this works for you if you decide to give it a try.
