My Fitbit app has never really worked since I bought the Luxe in November 2022. I have tried to update my in the app many times. It shouldn't be that difficult. Now my watch has the wrong date. I have no idea how that changed. And I don't see where I can change it. On my account online at Fitbit the date is correct. Also the time is 2 minutes behind. Please help!

Hi there, @Jettyann. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
As @Gr4ndp4 has mentioned, please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? or if you need to relink your watch, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Also, note that the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Fitbit device is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?
If none of the above works for your, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

Hi, @Jettyann, welcome to the community, you should check your iPhone OS is up to date as recent changes to the Fitbit app for iPhones now require iOS15 or newer.
If your phone is compatible still review these articles How do Fitbit devices sync their data? and Why won't my Fitbit device sync? as a time discrepancy is usually a symptom of a failure to sync.
I hope this helps but if you are still stuck please post here again.
Cheers
