My luxe screen goes off like it's dead. Placed on the charger and battery is good but the time is wrong and it won't sync. Has been happening for two weeks.

@Hilkie43 Thanks for getting back and for the update.

Regarding the screen not working properly, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi there, @Hilkie43 @Azzy24. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe devices. @JohnnyRow Thanks for your help!

Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? or if  you need to relink your watch, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Also, note that the time on your Fitbit device may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Fitbit device is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

If none of the above works for your, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.

Good day.

After leaving my Luxe on the charger overnight, it synced and time corrected. However, the screen still goes black after about four hours. I have to place on charger again for at least 30 minutes for the screen to respond. When I put it on the charger it usually lights up and reads 100%. So, my first fitbit watch died after 1 year this one has surpassed that, I'm thinking it's not designed to last much longer even with updates.
