Luxe won't show the correct time

Luxe - Time displayed on devise does not match time zone selected.  consistantly shows 4 hours ahead of actual time.

Hi there, @Dscrimger44. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not showing the correct time. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

As per the description of your post, it sounds like either your Luxe is not syncing or it's no longer paired to your Fitbit app. Please note that the time will be wrong if your Fitbit device hasn't synced recently as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure that your Fitbit device is syncing, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab > Tap Devices > device image >  tap Sync Now.

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Fitbit device is syncing, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
