Luxe won't show the same information than the Fitbit app

The number of achieved hourly activity  goals is lower in the app than on the watch. The achieved goals number is not being synced correctly between the devices (Luxe and iphone 8). What can I do?

This has been a known issue across devices for years. It occasionally happens to me on my Pixel Watch as well, which is tied to my account. As long as the data is synced to the Dashboard, the only option that I know of is to wait. Once the data is synced, it's already in the Fitbit servers and will eventually update
