My luxe unpairs with my phone every day when i chsrge it. And when I pair it up again the battery shows it much lower than it was before charging. Why is this happening? I don't need help in pairing it, i want to know why it is happening. Also I no longer receive texts and messages on it. Why? I bought it in Dec 2022. Phone and luxe are the same ones. This luxe was not cheap. Can it be exchanged, as clearly it isn't ladting.

Hi there, @Jaynemg. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe won't stay connected to your phone's Bluetooth and therefore, the notifications also stop working. I understand where your concern is coming from. I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend trying the following steps in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Luxe first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
If after trying the above the notifications are still not working, I'd recommend checking whether your Versa 4 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:
If the above doesn't describe your issue, please see Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones and/or Why are notifications delayed or missing? depending on your phone.
Regarding the battery, are you seeing the battery level on your Luxe or the Fitbit app? If you're referring to the Fitbit app, note that it updates every time you sync. That means that if your Fitbit device hasn't synced yet, your app will still show the battery percentage of the last sync.
Once you charge your Luxe make sure to sync and you'll see that the percentage on your Luxe will match with the one on your Fitbit app.
