Luxe won't stay connected to my iPhone

My Luxe disconnects from  my phone all the time.  I have to connect it to my iPhone at least once or twice a day.  What is going on?  This isn't acceptable.  I love the styling and size of the Luxe, but this disconnecting from my phone all the time is incredibly annoying.

Welcome to the forums @txhsmom.

Thank you for providing the details about the situation with your Luxe. I'm sorry to know the inconvenience that you are experiencing.

Please, try the steps below:

  • Unpair your Luxe and other devices previously lined from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your new phone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Luxe again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Luxe.
