First and foremost, I absolutely LOVE my Luxe. It is gorgeous and does everything I want EXCEPT it will not stay connected to Bluetooth so I am not getting my text and call notifications. It would not bother me because I can manually sync for everything else, but i can NOT get it to stay connected to Bluetooth for my texts and calls. That said, I noticed that while it is on the charger it stayed connected to Bluetooth the entire time - it did not drop once. (While not on charger it only seems to stay connected to sync then it drops off)
Is my Luxe a 'dud' and I need a replacement? Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi, @MilaC , for this issue I would recommend getting in touch with FitBit Customer Support on contact.Fitbit.com They will help you.

Hi there, @MilaC. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. It's nice to hear you love your Luxe. Nevertheless, I understand where your concern is coming from.
As a first approach, please make sure that the mobile phone you're using is running Apple iOS 13 or higher.
If it's, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
* Set up your notifications again.

None of the suggestions or trouble shooting steps worked. I got in touch with the support desk and they are sending me a replacement Luxe. As always, customer service is amazing!!

It have to do this minimum of daily! Gets old and wastes a lot of time!
