I am not impressed with my Fitbit luxe I got as a present, I have been having to disconnect and reconnect to Bluetooth multiple times a day, now it won’t count my steps or show heart rate since I did the update..too many issues

Hi there, @Raleblond66. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Luxe. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

Regarding the connectivity issues, please try following the tips and recommendations provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

As for the heart rate and steps issues, please restart your Luxe as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
