Luxe won’t stay connected to phone

I got a brand new Luxe about a week ago. I have tried everything, but it won’t stay connected to my iPhone 11. Most of the time, it won’t even sync or will take forever. When I go to my settings, it shows it is disconnected, despite having restarted it and going through the pairing process many times.

I have the same issue. I have to restart my watch each day to keep it connected.
