Luxe won't stay on unless it's connected to the charger

Hi all, 

 

I am thinking it may be a faulty watch. I followed the start up steps. It is fully charged but as soon as I take it off the charge the screen goes blank. I can start it back up again (when its on charge) by pressing the button on the charger 3 times but again as soon as I take it off …. Dead.

Any help much appreciated  / or if anyone else has experienced a similar issue.

Hi there, @miss_nellieanne. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Luxe before reaching out. 

Since the restart hasn't worked, please try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
