Hi my fitbit luxe has been fully charged, Working and syncing great. Then one day it was having a hard time swipping. Since then it won't swip at all. Will respond to double tap for waking up, will charge, will sync. I have restarted it via cord many times, I have changed clock faces heaps. I let it die in my draw for a week only to re add it and see it will not swipe still. Can someone please help! It may be just a year old. I loved my luxe. I need go fix it.

Hi, @Rheacapilli04, welcome to the community, have you checked that "water lock" is not engaged? This disables the touch screen.
Give the Lux a firm double tap (I use the side of my thumb). If it's locked another double tap unlocks it. You may be surprised by how firm you need to be.

If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Hi, @Rheacapilli04, thanks for the update, as you are talking to Customer Support they will be the best way forward. I think you've considered all the options you can carry out yourself. Depending on who you bought your Lux from and your location you may well have the benefit of Fitbit's return and warranty policy. - Fitbit Help Center

Did you get any further as mine is doing the same, just over 12 months old. Can view everything in the app but not on the watch. Have restarted via charging cable and 3 if us have tried tapping to ensure water lock is off. No joy. Any suggestions welcomed.
