Luxe won't sync and I can't log into the Fitbit app

I am experiencing a similar problem. Suddenly my device is showing a random time, not just a different time zone. I cannot get into the app - I have followed all the advice on resetting password multiple times, deleting cache, deleting and reinstalling the app. I have not changed to a different phone. The device is still monitoring my details but I cannot tell if it is syncing, nor can I sync manually because I cannot get into the app. I am literally going round in circles. Each time I change the password and try to log in again, I am instructed to check my details and sent back out to the blank login screen.

Hi, @Frein1 welcome, I understand you can't open the Fitbit app on your phone, you do not mention the make or model of your phone - review this article Fitbit Supported Devices to ensure your phone is supported (the minimum OS is changed from time to time) I assume you are trying to log in with your Google account, the earlier "Fitbit" login procedure no longer works. What should I know about moving Fitbit to my Google Account? - Fitbit Help Center explains the change.
