A week ago my Luxe stopped syncing, I resolved it, but now it's not syncing to my phone and the time is wrong.... again

Hi there, @jamborie. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Luxe is not syncing and. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.
In addition, please confirm if you've tried all the steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync? in the order listed.
Once you manage to sync your Fitbit Luxe, the date and time should be corrected as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

I am having the exact same issue. I believe it was right around the same time too. It's been a few days now. I try every step, in the right order and it still isn't syncing. My Bluetooth doesn't even see my luxe anymore.

I've been having the same problem for 2 days now. All of a sudden, my Luxe Fitbit will not sync with my phone, and my Bluetooth doesn't see my Luxe either. 5 of August it happened and was fine before then, I've tried everything that is suggested to sync the luxe and nothing has worked.

My Fitbit Luxe has been doing this for the past few months. It'll be fully charged and in sync with my phone but then suddenly later in the day the screen goes black. I connect it to the charger to turn it on and it says the battery is around 80 or 90%, for example, and the time is wrong. So, I sync it with my phone and then it displays that the battery is around 50 or 60%, for example.
It also happens over night, which is so frustrating because the whole reason I bought the Fitbit was to track my sleep and it doesn't track anything when it gives black and stops syncing.

Frustrating, it's like Google has done an update and buggered something up. They don't particularly seem to care Resolving the issue. All I want to use my Fitbit for is tracking steps and time on my watch because I don't always carry my phone. So now I have a watch that doesn't sync time or steps. Also, I don't want to pay for premium as I have no interest in most of what they want to charge for. If it doesn't get fixed I'll look for other watch options.

@MarreFitbit I have researched this topic in great detail. I have done every single step that Fitbit suggests. At the end of July, I was able to go through the steps, and eventually, something worked to get it synced. Now, in August, it will not sync! I've tried everything in order, and nothing works.

It's been 5 days and still unable to sync. With your research has anything come up as to why we're having this problem?

Mine wouldn't sync for three weeks. Then last night I did all the steps. Nothing. Then I finally moved my account to Google thinking they were glitching me on purpose. Nothing. Then I deleted my Luxe from my Fitbit account and reintroduced it. After several failed attempts to pair it again, it finally worked!!!!

So after I read that you deleted your Luxe from the Fitbit account etc. I did the same and reinstalled it using my Google account, and it's now synced again. For 6 days, I was unable to sync it.

Update: I was finally able to get the Fitbit app to forget my phone and forget my Luxe. I then let them both charge overnight. In the morning, I went through the steps to get the phone and Luxe connected and remembered. I am pleased to report that everything has been working properly been for a few days now.
