my fitbit died a few days ago and i didn’t have time to charge it until last night. It still says the date and time from the day it died and nothing seemed to fix it so i decided to unsync and resync it to the app to try and fix it, only to discover that it won’t do it. it’s been loaded less than half way for the past 30 minutes. i’ve tried literally everything i’ve seen get suggested to other people that deal with this and it just doesn’t work. i’ve tried 10 times. should i just get a new fitbit? help 😞

Hi @bd03 Don't give it just yet. Here is my favourite 'fix' - it nearly alwaartworks for me when I have syncing problems.
Restart your Luxe a couple of times. Restart your Tracker
Then go to bluetooth on your phone and remove the Luxe if it appears on your list of linked devices and turn off Bluetooth. Uninstallnthe fitbit app. Restart your phone, and then go back to blootooth settings and turn bluetooth back on but DON'T try to pair the Fitbit. Reinstall the Fitbit app and try syncing again (or setting up if you deleted the tracker from your fitbit account). Good luck.
