March 22 is the last time my Luxe synched. I’ve gone through all the steps - turning Bluetooth off, unpairing, restarting both devices, etc. I just noticed the date on my Luxe shows 04/02, even though it’s 3/29.
Any help?

Update: I fixed it by doing a factory reset.

As a friendly reminder, please note that the time on your Fitbit Luxe may be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Luxe is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?

I have also not been successful at syncing my Luxe since 3.22. I've followed the suggested steps to no avail. When I searched for instructions on how to do a 'factory reset' it says it is not recommended. What else can I do to get it to sync?

I've spent 2 days trying to get my Luxe to sync. I did everything they suggested, but I kept trying to figure it out on my own. I finally got it to sinc!!!!
Here is what was preventing mine to sinc. I moved my Ipad into the other room. I still had my laptop in my lap. I turned off the Bluetooth on my laptop and IT WAS ABLE TO SYNC UP IMMEDIATELY and the time is correct. So remove your phone away from your laptop, desktop or ipad to be able to sync or make sure you turn off the Bluetooth on those to be able to sync. Perhaps if they added this to the steps, it would really be beneficial!

thansk for that! I tried it and sadly didn’t work for me. Currently I unlinked my device in following advice and now can’t even get it to sync for the linking 😞
