I called Fitbit only to be told the reason my Luxe won't sync is because of my Samsung Z Flip3 5G phone. What? I just have to be patient and wait a few weeks to get it sorted out. Now my Luxe is reading 7:57, but it should read 4:36. I need the alarm on my phone, but guess I can't use it for that now. I use it to document my sleep as I have insomnia and am working with a sleep doctor (I really! need it to sync!!). Nope, can't use that feature now either. I highly doubt it is a Samsung Z Flip3 5G phone issue. Samsung has nothing to do with the time being off, so most likely it isn't the issue with the syncing problem, either.

Hi @paige30 unfortunately the time on your Luxe comes from the device you sync to and since you can't sync, the time is going to be off. Sorry there is no workaround for this.

I am showing the correct time but not able to sync since December twenty-second. Primarily used to track sleep, so kind of useless right now.
