Luxe won't sync my sleep data

10 days ago my Fitbit Luxe device started to show wrong time. Also on the app there is no statistics for sleep hours or data in the heart rate chart. It looks like the app is not synced from 10 days. I tried everything described in you troubleshooting article - restarting both the phone and the Luxe device, restarting Bluetooth, uninstalling the app and install it back. It looks like the device is connected but it can't be synced.

What should I do
